I'm not worried. My great grandparents were one of the only families in the entire state to have enough money to build a house during the depression. The house is still there and when it was sold it was sold on the condition that it wouldn't be changed because it will be a historical landmark after being there for 100yrs.

Insurance and medical costs are out of control, and the problem is that very few people see it, unless they've actually been uninsured, underinsured, or had a medical crisis.
