Hi All. I am new here and this website was recommended by my sister who is living in the US. My boyfriend is planning to petition me and my son. I am originally from Philippines but currently in Dubai, UAE since I am working here and holding a residence visa, my son is living in the Philippines. In filling the form I-129F which address should my boyfriend put in the address of the beneficiary, is it my Philippine address or Dubai address? I filled up G325A and I put both of my address since it ask for my address for the past 16 years. Also, can anyone please tell us to which consulate is best to process the application should we put Dubai, UAE or Manila, Philippines since my son lives in the Philippines? Your help is highly appreciated.
