Martini good luck with your request... ours is about watiing even more :( The thing is the CO didn't tell my husband yes or no....

Where in the Bay area are you? I am also in the Bay area....

Good quest. from what I can tell...some times (interviewed dependent) they over look deductions and the net taxable income and instead accept your gross and mortgage, credit etc.... but our interviewer went by the book "so to speak" We got the "super interviewer"LOL...oh well...hopefully someone else will read this and know what I did not before hand and avoid problems. We can fix this. Thank God my husband is somcalm and objective. I was a mess yesterday but he was like "no problem" we can fix this. :)

ok for those interested in this thread I have fedexed my bank statements (requested by the consolate) to my husband and he now has a new review date with the consolate on the 8th (next week) so they can see them. I hope they will just look them over for verification of my income. But I have a feeling they will keep them, send him on his way and we will be in AP (administrative processing) for a while. Lets hope its short :)

my husband just told me that when the consolate bcalled him today to tell him to come back in next week. They asked him to bring his passport and 2 pictures and they were very nice to him. They did not ask him to also bring my bank statements so maybe they will not use them. he will have them with him just in case by then. Is this a good sign????? because I am afraid to get excited :)
