Sounds good to me. The prices of homes should come down to realistic price levels.

how does this affect the average joe that doesn't have 100,000 dollars in the stock market, or a 5 million dollar savings account?? is it gonna increase food prices? are the mortages for people who own houses gonna skyrocket and be ridiculously high? are all gonna get fired from our jobs?

I suppose I should be glad that I haven't yet saved enough for the down payment on a house?

I am being completely unproductive right now because I'm watching the Dow bounce around. I suppose I should stop and do my work :)
