For VSC I can guess 17 to 19

CSC I wouldnt hold my breath!

Looking over Igor's List, CSC has either been running fairly close to or ahead of VSC for approvals for the past few months--especially in July. They're just soooo far behind that it still takes longer.

I'm just hoping that we have another July-caliber month ahead!!!

CSC receives more applications than VSC, so even if CSC approved more, it wouldn't necessarily mean they are moving faster than VSC. I'm going to guess that we'll see about 12 in both, someone said something about october being a busy month due to the fiscal year and the mass of other immigrant visa's that apparently happen some time in october.
