hi to all!! me and my fiance is getting married sometime on october..we're goin to have our civil wedding at El Paso, Texas since his family lives there..do you guys have an idea about the pre marital counseling before the wedding? is it applicable in all the cities or states in the U.S?? if so, how many days will it take us til we get the certificate to get married?? any experiences?? thanks
