NBI clearance "no record on file"

Hello friends, i get nbi clearance today and the result is NO RECORD ON FILE. I read in the usembassy website that if the nbi clearance has the following notations:"NO CRIMINAL RECORDS", "NO CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS", NO PENDING CASE", or "WITH DEROGATORY RECORDS" an official letter of explanation from nbi id required. my question is,my nbi remarks is "NO RECORD ON FILE", you think guys i also need letter of explanation from nbi? Please help me my interview is on oct.30 and time is running so fast now, thank you !

That's a good thing.

That means you have not been convicted of any crime in PI.

My fiance had the same notation, and it worked fine at the USEM.
