I got my Work authorization and my Green card in March 2008.

If I'm correct I would have had to renew my work authorization every year, but considering I have a green card, and I am curently working. Do I need to renew anything before the 2 year thing I have to apply for? I believe it's the the removal on condition and whole test/interview thing that goes with it?

If you have the green card you do not need the Work Permit anymore.

You need to apply for Removal of Conditions i-751 90 days before the end date for your GC.
