Hi,

My question is regarding the police clearence certificate. My husband has been living in kuwait for the past 5+ years, before that he was in India. Since he has been in kuwait he has gone back to India for visiting but has not stayed for more than 2 months in a visit. He had obtained police clearnence from India before he moved to kuwait. Now to send with the DS-230 does he need to obtain police clearence from kuwait and India, or only from kuwait?

My wife lived in Indonesia for just less than a year, but over 6 months, so she also had to have a police report. Indonesia officially said she had to appear in person to get htat. I dont know how it is with Kuwait. But I thought to contact the Indonesian Embassy in the Philippines, and got in contact with a man who is helping us there to get her police report.
