VSC Approvals / Touches - Week of September 29

Aside from the touches that a few VSC K3 VJ'ers got, there have been only two K3 approvals so far on VJ this week and both with Jan NOA1...things are looking very depressing right about now...

I was thinking the same thing...looks like the rush of approvals has stopped again...

and then that new thing they posted with all these backward dates...

I can't help but feeling like

I got my first touch today on my i130 hopefully all the touches means something positive for uscis

haha, I was happy too when I got touched in April for the K3... and May for the I130... that was the last touch I ever got......

Prepare yourselves, because the journey might be long and tiring..

I too got touch on my I-130 on 10/03/08 , I think they are wiping off the dust from next batch of applications

Another week had pass and nothing coming out from VSC. When are VSC start to approve? When can we see the result from the extra staff? This year or? So many questions but no answer... Friends I wish you all a good weekend!

Well, my case didn't have any update since june. Last wednesday my husband called them to request expedite based on financial hardship. We hope to hear from them this week, even if it is a big NO, at least we'll know our papers are still there... And if it is a request for documents, we'll send them very happily. I just hope I can be with my husband before Christmas. Each day is more difficult than the one before...

Ronjie - there are a couple of early March filers that have been touched recently including you, so I am hoping that you will see action pretty soon. I can bet $100 on your approval in next week ;-) don't know who or what i am betting against.

CJ talking about touches, i wonder why we haven't touch yet, our case was touch only once and that was last May 7 & 8 after that nothing fallows. We're close to 8 mos now waiting for NOA2.

I had called to make a very small correction on the petitions (typo erra) knowing this would also bring our petitions out of the dungeon. thinking that we are so close why would they put them back in the dungeon. hopefully they would just work on them since they already have them out. whether or not the touch is related to that, who knows ? but thanks for the positive thoughts and encouragement. if uscis saw how you rally the troops here on VJ they would surely approve your petitions soon. keep the positive thoughts flowing CJ Vasani

If y'all are expecting approvals and get them, then I definitely should be in the same ball game. Mine was submitted end of March and first part of April. I guess I need to keep an eye on both of you as well. Need to see how to add to watch list.
