VSC Approvals / Touches - Week of September 29

I got a touch today at our I 130!

Probably it's an approval... I am crossing my fingers....

oh dear god i wish we start seeing consistent activity from VSC and I hope to post in this thread this week...it's been tooo long already. on my approval watchlist are:

Hello,

I'm new to the board.

We sent our I-130 in with reciept date of April 23rd 2008 and I-129F reciept date June 6, 2008.

We had our first touch on the I-130 on September 27th and only one touch on our I-129F on June 17th.

I am praying and asking everyone I know to pray that our application gets approved soon. Seeing the other approvals of those who were a little before us has gotten my hopes up again...I was starting to feel very down when VSC posted that they are only working on Nov 2007 I-130's and Feb 2008 K-3's.

dude, i think ur approval is comin up

heres something interesting...remember the VSC to CSC transfers?? they were upto 03/03...your file is with NOA1 03/04 so theres your hint...looks like they have started to pick up applications starting 03/04.

...and i have a feeling ur I-130 will be approved....i dont know what u r hoping for but i think CR-1 is always a better news (according to me) but u may have ur own preferences...Good Luck!

I, too, hope that the approval comes sooner now that I've waited 7 patient months. I definitely want the CR-1 and my gut feeling also says that it will be CR-1 approval.

It's interesting that they transferred upto 3/3... but certainly very useful for everyone.

Were definitely trying to be as versed as lots of other VJ users with the USCIS/VSC network - this is for DesiMan & cmnb - how do you locate that information you have posted here?

We are much further behind you but would love to track our progress a bit better too. HELP!!

1. Go to: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp

2. Register as Customer, if you haven't already

3. Once loged in, add your receipt number by clicking on "add" link

4. The "Last Updated" column will give you the latest activity on your case. For status, click on the case number itself.

Aside from the touches that a few VSC K3 VJ'ers got, there have been only two K3 approvals so far on VJ this week and both with Jan NOA1...things are looking very depressing right about now...
