oh dear god i wish we start seeing consistent activity from VSC and I hope to post in this thread this week...it's been tooo long already. on my approval watchlist are:

jeca

charisma1

wisdom

yours truly

I am think we all should be next.

Thank you for adding me to your list, I wish something would happen next week with our applications.At least some touches, that would give me hope... CJ, if you don't get your approval next week (which you might), October is definitely your month!

Hmmm, still nothing here. Very discouraged... Not even a touch yet, other than back in June. Not sure what that means.

I agree that Jeca should be the next. Surprised their case didn't end up at CSC last month! Next week we will write to our congressmen and start calling VSC. This is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE! By now we should all have our VISAs in our hands!

I think the only 05/08 touch approved was Paris? Anyone else?

My I-130 was touched on 9/27. There is ray of hope after four month of no activity.

U.S. Passport

June 10, 2010 - Biometrics appt

August 03, 2010 - AOS @10:45 am - "conditional" approval pending corrected medical form by Civil Surgeon

Sept 8, 2010 - AOS Approved for 10 year Greencard!!!

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Our case was touched also 5/7 & 5/8 but after that no more touches and still pending, & waiting..hoping...wishing Vermont plssssss APPROVE us!!!. iTS about time the waiting is tooooo long for us. Lord have mercy on us.
