Based on my timeline it says that my case should be adjudicated sometimes January 12, 2009. Does this mean that that's when I'm receiving my NOA2?

Actually your timeline gives you a range of dates. Yes, Adjudication means your case is decided - so if all things are equal, you should expect an Approval somewhere in that date range. Keep in mind, the date-range tends to change from time to time (as VJ members update their timelines) so don't be alarmed.

FYI - This waiting for the NOA2/Approval is the hardest part - hang in there.. :thumbs:
