Hi guys! I had just recieved my conditional green card a week ago and I want to ask if I can use this card to go to other countries. Thanks.

Green card is only good for re-entry to the US. You must still travel to other countries using your native passport - any/all travel restrictions you had previously, you still have (Visas/Restrictions/Etc.)

The bold above is not correct. Certain privileges are granted to green card holders traveling on non-US passports. For example, without a green card, my Chinese wife would need a visa to enter or transit Canada. With a green card, she needs no visa. The same is true for numerous countries.
