We have NOA1. When should I send my fiance the originals?

We have NOA1. When should I send her all of the original documents and supporting evidence. It's a duplicate copy of all of our evidence and stuff I sent, except it contains all of the originals.

Hi mikeandjoana, I would wait to send the original documents until after you have received your NOA2. There is always a possiblity of needing one of the originals for an RFE, should you happen to receive one. I just sent our K1 petition to the CSC at the end of August and I plan to send a complete copy of the petition and all original documents to my fiancee after I receive the NOA2. Good luck! Jeff

When sending the originals, be sure that it's only things that easily could be replaced if lost. In other words, don't send your passport or anything like that...
