Hi I'm a little confused. I read in the form that I need to send it to my USCiS office, which is Vermont. But as long as I know the other forms to complete the AOS (affidavit of support, etc) need to be send to Chicago Office. Is not suppose to send all my documents together, or I send the work permit alone to Vermont?:(

Help, please

You send all the documents to Chicago but the address is different depending on weather you send it via US postal system or private system ie UPS etc.

These are the addresses to use

U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120

or

For non-United States Postal Service (USPS) deliveries (e.g. private couriers):

U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

427 S. LaSalle – 3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60605-1098

hope this helps
