My wife has all she needs now, thanks to everyone that has helped in the past. Thank you so much ...really. Anyway, she wants to bring over her best friend to work with her for a year or so. How can that be done? Is there any semi quick ways to get her here?

OH YEAH!!! They will just be working at someplace togethere such as Walmart or something of the sort. I dont have a business that she would be working at. She will be here for a year or two and then back to the PI for sure.

Come on Jeff, you've been through this process. You know the answers here.

There is no such thing as a 2 year visitor visa.

I guess you could become a Mormon and have 2 wives,

or if your wife's friend could learn how to do a "flying slam dunk while on ice skates singing the US national anthem", they might consider that an extraordinary ability.

School, Work, Family...those are your choices for her friend to get a visa. None of them are quick and easy...and I doubt Walmart is sponsoring visas for cashiers.

Unless your wifes friend is rich or has a needed occupation her chances of getting to the US are slim and none. Flipping burgers or working Walmart won't hack it.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Yea probably her best (only?) chance is the same way your wife got here... K1 or K3 visa. A student visa is the only other option I can think of & do that it takes a lot of money (something like having the tuition, room & board money for a year available up front if I recall correctly). If she tries for a visitor visa she will be denied and besides you can't work while on a visitor's visa anyways.

Neither she (your wife) nor you (the USC) have any way to petition for a friend.

Goodness, it seems as though the country is locked out to people that try and come here the legal way. To be honest, I guess she is the wrong nationality to come here and work.....and be honest about it. Looks like the south of the border workers have that end tied up. Legal or not, they get all the jobs where they want to work and drive with drivers licenses to that job too.....thanks for the help guys.
