Hi all guys!

My wife just has sent me the I 864 & I 864A.Wife filled I 864 and mother in law has filled I 864A.

The supporting documents with I 864 & I 864A are,

FOR I 864

1)-Social security document & recently filed Govt. grant as per new policy (Wife dont work since 7 years)

FOR I 864A

2)-3 years tax returns (1040 & W2)

3)-Pay stubs

4)-Employment letter

5)-Birth certificate copy of Mother in law to prove the relation

6)-Driving licences (Wife & mother in law to prove the same residency)

7)-Barcode sheets of Ds 230 & I 864

Do you guys think that i should send the both barcode sheets to US embassy islamabad? Coz i have to send these documents to embassy ,we sent request of expidition so on that basis embassy will review these documents instead of NVC.

And do you guys think that its all the require documents and i cannot get any RFE?

Plz guys i need your views & comments!

Thanx...

Sounds like you've got everything for the I-864 AOS Package...but you don't need the DS-230 barcode sheet in that package.

What about your DS-230 IV Package? Do you have everything ready for that?

Everything is ready for Ds 230.

Birth certrificate(English & urdu) ,Marrage certificate (English & urdu),Pics, passport bio graphic pages copies,Police certificate.

Tell me one thing dears that should i need to get the letter from my wife that why she did not file tax returns?

And if yes then does she need to write a simple letter stating the reson and signed & dated?

Or can i go with out the letter from wife?

Or if it would be ok that she has her social security documents in whch she mentioned that she is sick and cannot work and she recently filled the new form as per Govt new policy for the grant.

I need replies!

On top of this question I'll add another one. I live at home with my mom and dad to save money for when she gets here. Because I just finished college and started full time employment I'll have to use my mom as a joint sponser. So do I use an I-864 for me and an I-864 for my mom and an I-864A for my dad. My mom and I are the sponsers so we use the I-864 and my dad is a member of the household so we use an I-864A for him. Is this correct???

Hello!

You are the principle petioner you can just choose one thing,

Joint sponsor(I 864) or house hold member(I 864A).

You must fill your I 864.And you can add one Joint sponser or house hold member,so you should just one which will have the sufficient income.

You can't use the both options at the same time.

I think this is right according to my info.

Hope it will work..

Best of luck
