Don't forget to drop by the Fisherman's Wharf. If you are homesick, then visit the shopping areas in Daly City, where a lot of customers and salespeople speak Tagalog. For night life, try this place that I used to frequent - Bentley's. It's just off the 101 in Sunnyvale, but I am not sure if it's still there. Have fun. :star::star::star:

And don't forget to bring a sweater with you as you might need it. Its 20 degrees cooler in San Francisco than in the San Fernando Valley where you live. And at least 35 degrees cooler than Phoenix (sorry, RyaNRiza, I'm just interjecting this)!

If you're going to San Francisco,

I recommend you to go to see the following,

Golden Gate Bridge

Pier 39 (Fisherman's Warf)

Union Square (shopping)

Coit Tower

Ghirraldelii Sqaure

Chinatown

Japantown

Presudio

And if you can go across the Bay: You should not miss Sausulito and Muir Woods

Monteray Bay if quite a drive down south. You can go to Carmel and Monteray Bay (17 Mile Drive)

If you are short of time, you can always book a local 4 hour tour by Pier 39.
