i have no idea, some says they were accomodated upon calling & some are not...i think you should call NSO first before dealing with the USEM.

i called us embassy manila today, i talkes to loraine, but she just asked me to call the call center.

Yes, you can call USEM, but most of the time Lorraine or Grace are very accomodating but most especially if the petitioner (the USC) is the one who is calling. If your husband can't make a few minutes off from his work to call USEM, just wait patiently or you can also call NSO if they had submitted or forwarded your DV to USEM (926-7333)-> PJ or Richard (?) are also nice. Be patient, I'm sure your visa will be in your hand soon. Good Luck and God Bless.

i called us embassy manila this morning, i was able to talked to grace. sh told me that this would be the first and last time she will give information to me, next time i should call the call center.

anyway, i asked her about the dv request, if they will send another request to nso since i was asked by the CO to have 2 dv. she was surprised that i needed 2 dv. i gave her the details, and the dates when i paid dv. she doesn't have the record on my 2nd dv payment. she told me that i have to wait for the results of dv, usually it take 4-6 weeks for nso to give the results. i told her that according to delbros, the request was with nso since sept 3, and she just told me that she will make a note about it, but she didn't mention about the second request thus she just told me that usually only 1 request per applicant regardless of how many documents needed for verification, it is a case to case basis.

well, i'm very willing to wait, i just wanted to know the 2 dv that's why i called us embassy.

thanks guys for all the replies.
