We are currently doing DCF, and here in New Zealand you must file the I-130 and have the Visa Application done at the same time(unless you live close to the Consulate which we don't) and I am just wondering if I should put the Mailing address on the I-864 form the US address that we will be moving to or keep the address the same as the I-130.

I know this has been answered but because we are filing the I-130 and the Visa at the same time I didn't know if it was different.

Thanks for the help

You should use your current New Zealand address on the forms and be sure to say USA for the USC's domicile. On the DS-230, there's a place to put a US address, which is where you should the give the address of the place you're moving to in the states. We went through the embassy in London and that's how we did it. Does that make sense? :)

Thanks for the reply.

I am also wondering is it ok to put a different address to send the Greencard to (if we are Approved), my sister who we will be staying with may be moving soon after we plan to move and I was thinking of getting it sent to my joint sponsors house.
