For K-3 visa, you will need to use I-134. These forms do not get mailed by NVC. Read the K-3 guides here to understand the process. The approved petition will be forwarded to NVC by VSC. NVC will then process it and forward the case to embassy in india. The embassy in India will then send a packet 3 to the beneficiary in India. That packet 3 contains I-134 which needs to be sent to embassy via VFS after packet 4 has been received.

Just a brief explanation of what goes in the process. Read the guide for thorough explanation.

You should fill out I-134 form, print it double-sided and have it notarize in the US. Send the notarized form to your spouse in India. You will need to gather supporting documents for I-134. Start doing them now as they can take some time. The purpose of sending the notarized form from US is to do I-134 in advance.
