Hi, I got a question,,, I filed for my employment autorization ,and I missed my biometrics, I asked for a new appointment but ihavent recieved a reply from them, its been 2 months now, can I file for it again? or just wait i dont know what to do..thanks.

I would definitely call the 1-800 number, explain that you have been waiting for a new biometrics appointment for 2 months and would like to know when it is scheduled. Ask to speak to an Immigration Officer - the person who answers the phone is a call center person and can only give the information on their computer screen or from their pre-programmed scripts. An Immigration Officer can see more details and let you know what is going on and may be able to get that appointment letter moving for you. I know that the standard response is to wait 30 days after requesting a re-scheduled biometrics (I had to reschedule one of mine as well) but you are beyond that time period. Good luck.
