How long to apply for citizenship after removal of conditions?

Hi Guys,

Well it has been a long hard road and now the only thing to do is too get my Citizenship :-) I was wondering how long after you receive GC do you have to wait untill you can apply for Citizenship?

for spouses it is 3 years after you became a permanent resident.

It may be that you can apply as soon as 90 days before the 3rd year anniversary of your "resident since" date printed on your green card (either your conditional one or your ten year one, should have the same "resident since" date).

But there are a number of requirements, and you've got to meet all of them. So see the M-476 and figure the date when you will have met them all. The box at the bottom of page 22 is something you'll want to read carefully.
