I agree. It's way too flashy with little substance. I think it depends on the audience it was intended for. I'm wondering how much they paid to have that video made?

Well, I found it on the NJ Transit website when looking for train schedules. So I guess I am part of the intended audience, along with pretty much any NJ Transit customer.

Me neither. I think it's a poorly done video...seems like they're talking down to the audience.

Exactly. And what's interesting is that I was just reading about this project - the written material is much better - and I should be easy to convince!
