Hi all:

I submitted to the Vermont Service center my !29f for K1 visa April 30th 2008 and Received my NOA1 on May 9th and had the last posted "update" from USCIS on June 27th, 2008. I have read others who have already received their NOA2 and even passed through the National Service center.

I called the toll free number and they just directed me to the processing timelines which says Feb 1 2008! I read here that some vermont processors were moved to citizenship applications and will shift back but...nothing in three months makes me sleepless in CT when others are farther along!

Any advice....who do I call to push the paper?

Hello to both of you, we're May filers too and we've got NOA2 on Sept. 17 and also got our NVC approval on Sept. 24. And I want you to know that we're approved after my fiance called the USCIS. My fiance called on Sept. 16 and see approval notice sent on the 17th. Here is the number he called at USCIS 1800-375-5283 and my babe said, the one who answered the phone was very nice woman and very approchable. And also my babe called NVC on Sept. 26 and NVC staff said that they already forwarded our papers in Cosulate office and they've already sent him NVC approval notice but still she gave my babe our case number thru phone. NVC number 603-334-0700. You cancall monday thru friday, 7:30AM to 12AM. Thanks to USCIS and NVC staff, they're all very nice. I hope guys this will help for you. Trust in the Lord always. Goodluck...
