hi members, I am sending my DS 230 package tomorrow. i have couple of questions for all of you. do i have to write my Case number on all papers i send, just like we write on I - 864? and i am attaching an extra sheet for some questions which require more space to write, so on the form, what do i write in the blank space that goes with the question number? for example, question number 13....... do i leave the space blank, or write something like " see attached sheet" or something? please someone help me. i will appreciate your help.

Personally I would put as you mentioned - please see attached sheet. I would not put N/A - as that means 'not applicable' and if you are attaching a sheet - that means it's applicable in some form.

Then on the attached sheet be sure your answers are in order, something like:

Additional information from item 14:

You should only put N/A when it does not apply. My wife is chinese and does not have a middle name. I believe it says put N/A and not leave spaces blank

I agree with you, I guess it threw me off because that's not what he asked really, he was asking should he leave it blank or put other wording in there.
