hi everyone , this is my story and i want to know your opinion about it, before i met and get married to my wife , i met another woman from usa after 1 year and half of talking with her online , we met but i did not feel any conection between me and her, she spent with me 15 days and after she left , i stoped talking to her, we shared some emails but not like beggining and i fight with her lot of times and asked her to go on with her life but she did not, at this time i started talking to my wife and she came to see me, the first woman knews about it and started texting me and emailing me lot of childish and irrespectable things and menacing me to write to the embassy , i told her to do what she wants and im not scared; she did contact USCIS and NVC and the embassy here in my country and other places to tell them that i was using her and lying to her to get there and she is worried about my wife to get used too ,im sending my papers next week to my wife so she can apply for a k3 and i want to know it that would make some porbs for me or make it slow ? thanks alot for eveyrthing

When I went to get married my family opposed big time! and my brother drove to the nearest USCIS and told them that I was getting into a fraudulent marriage. I mailed the i130 in october 2007. got an approval in April, 2008. I did not have any problems. Ofcourse, I sent enough proof that our marriage was for real. Proof that I was pregnant, ultrasound pics, etc. I have an interview pending next week. I guess the embassy and NVC cannot go by hearsay, she needs to have proof you are in a fraudulent relationship.

Geez, that's horrible! Can you imagine though, if anyone had a chip on their shoulder and tried to interfere if that would actually cause trouble for someone. I would hope they would need actual proof and not rely it on "claims"

i dont have much experience with such issues but i dont think USCIS will pay much attention to such complaints as long as u can prove that u share a legit relationship with ur wife. make sure u send plenty of proof of ur legit marriage along with I-130 and bring a lot of proof on ur interview...

i am just curious, how do u know she went to USCIS and complained about u?

If she is lying, I believe you can sue her for defamation. think about it.

If she is lying, I believe you can sue her for defamation. think about it.

thank you all for your answers and yes i have lot of proof, emails exactly to show that she is just lying, she laid about lot of things and the last thing is that she is pregnant !!!! when we first met online she said that she can't have kids, after 1 month she left , we got mad at her and stoped talking to her so she said that she is pregnant and after 2 weeks , she lost the baby and 4 months after that when she knows i got marriad she said that she is pregnant 4 months and she did not want to tell me cuz she was scared to lose me cuz i won"t want kids !!!! , also emails telling me that she tried to suicide 3 times and emails that i never asked her to send me anything , she offered it, and the last thing is a pic of a donkey with my face in place of donkey face

i was not engaged to her, we talked online as i said and she brought all papers we need so she can apply for a fiancy visa for me, but after we met it was so diffirente, i felt so far from her, she got mad at the simple things, why ppl staring at me ? why this woman is staring at you ? is she your girlfriend ? i don't like that , i don't like this, i did undrstand that cuz she is coming from another country , diffirente style of life , the last day before she leave, she asked me to write the letter she will need with the papers, letter of my intention to marry her when i get there but i told her that i will send everything later when she leave, i never sent her anything, i filed only the G-325 application but i did not finish it cuz i was not sure of my parents birthday, after she knews i got married she said that she already applied for a visa for me but im sure its just another lie, cuz she have no pics, no letters, no engagement party , she did not even meet my family

im married now and i have my marriage certificate that im going to translate and send with all papers i need to my wife, pics also of us and the wedding party and of her spending times with my family, videos we took together when we traveled, our conversation on messenger, list of calls, and she is coming next 2 months to visit me again, so i think i have enough proof that i share a legit relationship with my wife and the most important thing is that we love each other more than everything else

yep. Change your email address. If you dont want to do that, just delete her emails.. and dont even open them.

I don't think you need to change your email addy. especially if you have alot of family etc..that are used to that one. Just block her. Also it does not sound like she can legally do anything to hurt you (if what you say is true) but you are dealing with casablanca and (god forbid) you get the evil thin blonde interviewer...she can pull a rabbit out of her hat (or somewhere else)! just be cautious that woman sounds crazy in lust with you cuz thats NOT love LOL.
