Hello. I've read a few of your posts and automatically my heart went out to you. I'm sorry to hear what you have been experiencing. I was wondering if you were a naturalized citizen. I didn't know if that would make a difference or not. Also someone mentioned maybe the name of your fiance having a similar name or common name that might play a role in the background check. My fiance is also from India. I've seen different spellings Parvez, Perviz, etc. I found this name to exist mainly in Pakistan. Again just speculation. I would keep contacting your representative if I were you.

I am a citizen of the USA because my adoptive parents are citizens most adoptive children come now to the states with automatic citizenship if they are readopted in the USA.....thanks God for that :) we dont know what the problem is I personally think they lost our physical file and have just not owned up to it as of yet....perviz has never traveled to the USA before and at this point he is really wondering why he let himself get talked into coming lol cant say i blame him sure has taken a lot longer than anyone thought it would.......

Sara, words can't describe how awful this situation has gotten at this point, I'm so sorry, I really cannot imagine your pain. I know I have told you in the past but the enduring love that you and Perviz have for each other is a beautiful and inspiring thing to witness. I think of you guys and your case often, I am not religious but I do believe in good energy and send all my spare energy your way. Please let us know if there is anything you can do. If each of us were to fire off emails to all our local media stations it might get the attention of someone who would like to take on the USCIS. You have a tremendous amount of support on this web site and I'm sure the more people that hear about this injustice the more support you will gain. Sarah Jayne used to use a quote that was something along the lines of "the squeakiest Wheel gets the most attention. " There are plenty of people here that would make some noise on your behalf.

Lots of good vibes and best wishes to you both

thank you for ur words of encouragement, i have tried myself to get the media attention for our case but so far the best i could do was get my letter to the editor posted it did not bring any results or answers........at this point in our journey if anyone wanted to that it would be fine with us we appreciate any help in any way. even if its prayer because we do believe in pray as well as good energy........one thing good that has happened in this process is we have gotten to know each others strengths and how we act under pressure, depression, and not just the good times...because of our religion we have faced many obstetrical s that most do not face when the visa is late.......and we have made it thru intact........ so i guess all in all something good has come out of it cuz im not to sure we would have learned all of that before getting married to each other if it had been fast......but now the time has come that i really really really just want our case to move on to is natural conclusion  that being the noa2 at this point :) i have made a lot of good friends here some friendships only lasted until they them self received their noa2 others has have lasted and remained strong to those of u that have stayed with us and keep praying for us and checking in to see how we are doing i prolly will never be able to tell u with words how much it means to myself and perviz........every once in a while when he can make it to a net club he comes and checks this site and he is so amazed at the genuine love and support that goes out to every one here......thank you from bother of us
