So a couple news agencies aren't interested... we'll just need to find a few that are.

thank you for ur thoughts it means a lot to us......media is not going to do anything we live in a small area i have contacted every news service in and out of our area.........its an election year lol maybe in jan or feb when they have more to do as in find a good story..........but its ok we will get thru this

what about letting the senator know they uscis lied to him?

already did verbally and in writing

Have you tried your other senator, or your districts state rep? At this point I think this is your best option. Don't stop trying them until you get answers. Demand it remember they work for us. Maybe if you try the other senator or a state congressmen you can meet a staffer that will take special interest in your case and get this approved. I called my state rep at home Sunday night and he answered and was very cool to talk to so try this ok? All of our hearts go out to you, can anyone think of any better advise for her??????? Always thinking of you, God bless.

I know Visa Journey has well over 1,000 members. Why don't we use this strength in numbers to form a political action network section where we can exercise civil disobedience for members in distress. If only 25% would unite in this effort it could make a real impact for you and others like you which have been waiting an unreasonable amount of time. For members in this situation a simple list could be made in a special section where passionate VJ members can say for example follow a link to your senators/congress office website where we can bomb their email with a ready made script or place phone calls directly to their office. Captain Ewok SOMETHING must be done.

hi thanks for ur thoughts and ur ideas they mean a lot........this week and next i will be going in person to everyone in our district or at least to the offices they have here in person time to stop calling and meet them face to face armed with all the evidence i have of the phone calls who i talked to and emails to and from my attorney as well as any letters i have received from csc our case has been told to us that we have been in security since last april and to wait six months six months is gone and they want us to wait another six months so now i want to talk to the reps on person might be harder to tell me they cant do anything when im standing infront of them lol

i wish u a very swift and problem free vj

thank you for that information i fired off an email to them just as soon as u sent the link i hope to hear back from them today if not i will be calling them this after noon as it is about one hundred miles from my home to where they are located thats such a good idea i know that they take a lot of things on that has to do the government

lol yup ur right about that kim but i am hoping one of two things will happen either A they will think i have the right to have it at least adjudicated or B know of someone that can help lol right now i really dont care who i can contact as long as im contacting anything walking or sitting that can help lol if u know what i mean
