i am pressured working on my resignation, and my fiance wants me to be with him soon and i couldn't resign right away since my company is having a hard time looking for a replacement. it's a bit complicated to explain so to do justice with both lol i am planning to attend the CFO counseling a day before my departure. would that be ok? or would it be better to attend the counseling three days before my departure? ty
