Hello mga mare & pare under the CR1/IR1, do we still need to bring the latest ITR and W2 from our Petitioners? my husband ksi mailed these to NVC i think May 2008, so do we still need to secure the pinaka-latest as in September 2008? ksi october interview namin...my mother in-law is our co-sponsor ksi, do we need her latest ITR and W2 too? i need your immediate replies pleasssssssssssseeeeeeee!!!!!!!!! :unsure::help:

Yes, you need the latest Income Tax Returns and W2 and/or 1099 for each person that is a sponsor...in the AOS Package.

If your AOS Package was reviewed, and they didn't ask you to bring additional paperwork, then you should be fine.

If you're just adding the mother-in-law as your co-sponsor, it may be a good idea to bring ALL the AOS paperwork.

Tanx Ling! but what i meant was, if during my interview, so i still need to bring with me the latest ITR of my husband and mother-in-law? or the one that they sent to NVC last May 2008 is okey? :)
