visas and children

Hi everyone

i am currently going through the k1 visa process and recieved my noa1, however i have children i am attaching to the visa and a non too cooperative ex-husband, i have to go to court to remove the child from the jurisdiction.

i have been advised that i should go ahead with the visa application and the embassy may grant the visa on condition permission is given to remove the child.

Anyone else have any issues like this?

i know other UK VJers have had this problem too. The first that comes to mind is Dawny & Tommy, though since she finally moved to the US a few months ago, I haven't seen much of her on this forum. You could try to PM her if you have specific questions. But otherwise, it sounds like you are on the right track, and as long as the courts grant you the permission, your visas will be issued.

Hmmmm, I've added my child to our K1 application too, i didn't think there might be problems? I have no contact with her father, never have....will I need some kind of legal thing to get her visa too?
