Yeah guys its really sad thanks for all help and support.

My fiance went to New Delhi chanakpurry embassy in INDIA. we got 221G the reason was we didnt had enough proof evidence. I am not sure what other options are left beside going their marrying him?>

May I know if I can marry my fiance and stay their for certain period of time (not sure for how long i have to stay?) So we can apply at new delhi embassy and bring him back with me? Can someone pelase fill me on these details.

Thanks in advance.

You can go to the embassy website to find out how long you have to reside there in order to do direct consulate filing.

In Jordan its 2 years.

Good Luck, I know this is painful, but as everyone else has said.. you are not out of options.

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Found this:

"The first step in applying for an immigrant visa is for the U.S. citizen (petitioner) to file a Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). A separate petition must be filed for each person immigrating. A U.S. citizen resident in India or Bhutan may file the petition, Form I-130, with the USCIS at the U.S. Embassy, New Delhi (mere passage of time is not sufficient to demonstrate residency for petition-filing purposes, see the USCIS website for more details); a U.S. citizen resident in the U.S. should contact their local USCIS office for further information."

:crying::crying: we send them all the paper work they asked for, but still they denied our fiance visa, they mailed all the paper work back on 25th of sep. :crying: i don't noe wht to do now, im mad, sad , god didn't help us ,

well i wish u guys very best of luck , n please do pray for us too, we r planing to get marry ,

QUESTION : HE IS IN INDIA N NOW WE'LL MARRY SO I HVE TO GO THERE, IS THERE ANY WAY HE CAN COME WITH ME, N HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE? PLEASE LET ME NOE,

we r very upset.. :crying:

I am sorry to hear about this. You can go there (India) to get married and come back to the US and file the paperwork for the CR-1 visa. You can also have your fiance come to the US on a visitor visa and get married. The only problem with this way is that he will have to go back to India and have proof that he intends to return, like a return trip ticket, or they will deny him the visitors visa.

Why did they deny the K-1 visa?

Good luck

Please don't do this on a visitor visa. You have already been denied the K-1. The intent is really clear here that if you do this on a visitor visa, it was premeditated. This would be the easiest case I have ever heard of for them to deny you the AOS.

If you are going to marry, please save yourself some headaches in the future and go the CR1 route.

I wish you luck.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

You can choose DCF (Direct Consular Filing) if you wish to stay for the time being in India after your marriage. For India you need to stay around 3 months prior to filing DCF and the whole DCF process usually takes a maximum of 2 months.

A word of caution, while going to India, make sure you aren't going through Tourist VISA, one can only file DCF if they have some kind of permanent residency VISA for India. Since you were an Indian a few years ago, you can apply for PIO (Person of Indian Origin) or even get Entry VISA and that will fulfill your purpose.

Well document your relationship with him; also give American consulate family chart showing how you two have different family background/blood.

Again Best of Luck

First my sincerest condolences, I know we all have great hopes that a denial will not happen in our own cases or any other case. May God see your journey through.

Second, please don't try to bring him hear on a visitors visa, that will be the biggest mistake. If you want to stay in India a while, get married and do the direct filing through the consulate. If you have to return, then go and get married in India, and start the CR-1 process. Its potentially another year apart, but if you have that love for him, just keep steadfast in the process.

Again, may God see you through your journey.

Sorry to hear about your denial. But you cannot blame GOD for it. There may be a reason for the denial. All good things come to those who wait. When we have our interview I know we will be denied due to my fiance's previous deportation. They have already told me that it will be denied then a second interview will be scheduled. Keep the faith and always remeber that it is in GOD's timing, not ours. God Bless
