:lol::lol::lol:

regarding salary, i can't offer much on this topic as i'm the usc. i would hazard a guess that one's salary (one who immigrated here) depends on the usual factors of education, experience, ability to articulate, handle stress, etc, just like any other applicant. i would also not be surprised if the salary (i'm presuming you really mean wage/hour) is just a bit lower than that for a usc.

My wife graduated from a college in peru in hotel & restraunt administration. They honor her degree here but cant seem to find a job that pays anything in that area. I don't know maybe its because she is a recent immigrant or what.

post SSNs too please :)

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

get it evaluated by a university or a private firm. They should honor it usually. I was suprised they honored my wifes.

IK HOU VAN JOU, MARK

.png

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

umm.. I have a bachelor in Business English and Advertising management (with international uni in Thailand) and work experiences in many countries (europe mostly and also america) but my experiences are mostly short term (i love working in a contract) but i have experiences in a very wide variety of things..

but i got $9/hr for a receptionist + office management (and training to be a Loan Processor) for my first job here... still work here since Oct 05 (3 months off for no EAD)

I dont know.. very difficult to find a job for me...may be i didnt look hard enough too :blush:

But for me i'm trying to create the job that I dont have to have any experience... I just got my NC Real Estate Licence (pass the test the 1st time :whistle: so proud of myself) so if i cant find a better pay job i might try sell houses ;)

also planing to get insurance licence and mortgage licence later if i have time

K-1 = 4 months

AOS = 5 months

I-751 = almost one year
