Appointment scheduled for Oct 4 but husbnd hasn't received anything from embassy

A friend of mine's husband has an appointment scheduled at the Philippine embassy on Oct 4. Her husband hasn't received any word from the embassy and since it's so close, she is worried he won't have his medical in time before the appointment. What should she do? When do they normally receive word?

He could have his wife fax or scan and email the copy of the interview letter. He could also go online to the embassy's website and check if his case is there and print out a letter. Good luck.

happyinlove is right, if he or she has e-mail add. they can go online to usem website or call the call center again and edit your appointment of interview. Be sure to give/submit your e-mail add. and instantly you'll recieve a mail from them which you can print out. Good luck!
