ok guys here is my story....

I went back to the Philippines year 2005. I got married July of 2005 since then I didnt come back to US. I stayed with my husband for 2 years. Sept 2007 i came back to US and i decided to file a petition in california instead of doing DCF. then after 4 months i decided to come back in the philippines. (jan 22th 2008 until now.) but, before I went back to the Philippines. I called USCIS and asked them if its ok for me to stay in the philippines while my petition for my husband is still in process. NVC Officer told me its ok, besides the officer sayz ur USCIS u can go back to US anytime u want, as long u responded to the letter either USCIS or NVC if they need some documents from you or like paying immigrant visa and affidavit of support.so I ask my mom and my sister just in case i have a letter coming from USCIS and NVC inform me.

Since my petition is approved, i asked my sister if she could help us to be my joint sponsor since i dont have a job. so i was suprised they approved my petition.

please check my time line above for more details..

NOW is the time for my hubby's interview and im nervous.

they might ask for the prooft of my domicile, since I came back to US year 2007. I opened an account. so i have bank account which is still active but not much money hahahha  like $100 in it. just to make it active. and yah i remember the bank sent me a security pin to use for my ATM and i have it with me.

i have a bank statement sent to my address too.

secondly, I asked my mom if she can transfer her name to my name in our home phone number.

and thirdly, I have a prepaid cellphone use by my little sister up to now and i printed out the cellphone call history and it is showing my name on the bill.

some of the bill i printed out from online banking and online payment for the prepaid cellphone bill, and the rest like the bank statement i asked my sister if she could print it out for me. so by tom she will email it.

Im so pressure thinking about if the co's if he/she ask my hubby for me not working for 3 years. huhuhhhu

since my sister is my co sponsor her income is above the poverty line i think thats why we got approved. she is working in the casino and making 5 grand monthly.

vj's members please my husband interview will be on the 29th this coming monday. please includes us in your prayers. :help:

and u guys are welcome to give me some advice in my situation right now.

thank you so much in advance
