Actually it was USEM who was the culprit of all these delays! I paid August 08, 2008 faxed it to USEM the same day and called Delbros infairness to Robbie he did asked a request slip from USEM re. our docs information to be included for DV batch (Friday) to NSO. Delbros emailed USEM 2 times to follow up my Docs information no reply from USEM at all. It was my hubby who got pissed and called 2 times to Lorraine & Grace on August 29, 2008 (Friday) that we paid & fax our metrobank deposit slip to them 8/8/08. Lorraine & Grace were in a hurry to fill up the request slip form & forwarded to Delbros for DV. It was only September 01, 2008 finally our Docs Info sent to NSO for DV.

The USEM people (Lorraine/Grace) when it comes to DV process' I would say they are very inefficient & ineffective in terms of their performance. As I said it wasn't DELBROS CAUSE DELAYS BUT IT WAS USEM, Delbros is just merely a liason agent for receiving from USEM's request and delivers to designated entities such as NSO for DV & VISA to principal applicants/beneficiaries.

i can say that is true filiricans,, i talked to lorraine last sept23rd and she was sooo in polite that i almost cuss on her, she told me that delbros is the one i need to ask about the dv..she gave me a number and called abby.. then abby transfer me to a guy, that woking for the DV,, he told me that he called loraine to ask my request form and loraine told them embassy is giving out the forms that day,,, i hate when they dnt do thier jobs..i will try to call them again about the progress of my Dv since my Interview is on comming Fri..
