I'm a little confused here.. They said you need to pay delbros for document verification. What documents do they verify? How does it work? I only have a MNL case number and called US Embassy Manila today to supposedly schedule my interview but they told me they haven't received our papers yet so they cant schedule my interview.

So my question is... Can i pay delbros for document verification now? they said.. the earlier the better to avoid delays in visa processing but since there is no papers yet at the embassy what documents they will verify?

I hope i'm getting this right as im really confused as of the moment. :) Thank you guys!

-also when you pay delbros at Metrobank... Will they tell you the delbros account number? where to get it?-

This is just a suggestion. If you want your visa released the soonest possible time.

Do NOT wait for the letter from the embassy wherein it says you have to call to schedule an interview with a link which you oughta visit for the requirements. Once your petition is approved, your fiance will get 2 letters, a notice of approval and a letter from NVC which has the case number. You NEED that case number to schedule an interview and pay delbros verification fee. There will be 2-3 weeks before you will get a letter from the embassy. MAKE SURE to use that time to pay delbros verification fee. Then you can wait for the letter from the embassy to schedule an interview.

Heres the link with instructions on how and where to pay delbros for document verification: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfdelb.pdf
