One of the clearest explanations of the subprime mortgage/derivative

mess is a pdf slide show/cartoon floating around on the web since

February 2008. Cory Doctorow said on BoingBoing February 26, 2008:

"... The Subprime Primer is a 45-slide presentation that uses stick

figures to explain the present economic meltdown ..."

The next day on BoingBoing Chief Jimbo said:

"I have it on good sources that this was actually made at Countrywide

Financial."
