Hi again! My documents for my two children has been returned to me for the following reason:

My filed an incomplete I-751.I have to complete Part 6 of the petition.

And my I-751 was not properly signed.

How I must to complete it?

You must print your name and your husband's name and both of you need to sign with the corresponding dates. Always review your application as much as you could.

Take note below of the I-751 instruction:

3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. State that an item is not applicable with "N/A." If the answer is none, write "NONE."

Again make sure you answer all the Parts and questions and leave no blanks (see instruction above).

Submit your application again - with complete answer to all questions.

Applied on a Waiver I-751:

  • Application sent ............................................08-20-2008
  • Application received by CSC............................. 08-21-2008
  • Checks cashed by CSC.....................................08-25-2008

List your children in part 5 if they are NOT US citizens and have GCs.

If filing jointly {checked a in part 2} your hubby must sign also.

I have to pay 465+80 and 465+80 for each of them...((it's a lot of money for my family((

I'm asking not for part 5..I'm asking for Part 6.

1 sign from my child

2 sign from my husband, right?

If you included children on your I-751 you only need to pay $80 each. That's where Part 5 comes into play!

I has been filed for each child separately like for adult and paid 465+80 by check.

Part 5 about children. My child have any children,

Part 6-bla, bla, bla...-If you checked block "a" in Part 2, you spouse must also sign below---I CHECKED block "b"(I'm a child who entered as a conditional perm.resid.and I am unable to be included in a joint Petition to Reove the Conditions on Residence(Form I-751) filed by my parent(s).

Why my husbant must sign, if I checked block "b"?

Hwo must sign part 6?

I just stoped to cry about the money,I'm crying about signs in part 6 because it still a big headake for me

(Sorry for my English

Hi again OksiFill,

I'm sorry it took me long to respond again.

Part 6 signature is from your son. Then on Part 7 who ever prepared the form must sign also. No need to sign for signature of spouse for Part 6 since you check "b" on Part 2. Am I clear?

Again, only your son's signature and your daughter's signature to sign on Part 6. Since they both are applying on each application.

I'm sorry I didn't get right away your situation...

Hope I help you in anyway I can.
