Hey! I have same thing like you have. We got RFE. and we send it back last week until now they just "Touched"it on 23 Sep. the last and I'm not worry about it. I think it's take time to get it done coz they have to make sure that we didn't forgot anything else. Don't worry!! you are not alone

This really depends, be glad you are in VSC, they are a lot better with RFE's compared to where I'm at, the CSC.

i had the same case with you!

i sent our RFE (Request for Evidence) documents on Sept22...

i got a response thru email and online that they received it on Sept24...

a day after that (Sept25) i got a response that they approved it. :D

hi guys

thank you so much, for the responds! now I'm not worry about what's going on ryt now of my case status... because we received the letter from immigration, and all they need is just a passport photos of my fiance .. i just really hope that they gonna approve me soon..

Please don't take this the wrong way. At least you are hearing something. My NOA 1 date is May 23 and I have yet to hear anything. So, don't feel alone.
