One more Question and I might have it 325A

On the 325A towards the top it has a place that says "husband or wife (if none, so state)" and next to it are stated "family name".

Do I type in "Wife" for my 325 and "husband" for hers Or just put the family name there. I'm thinking.....

"Wife" "Her maiden name"

Also down towards the bottom where it states "this form is submitted with an aplication for"

The Example forms are for a 129f and it shows to check "other" and then specify "I-129f petition". I understand that!

How about for an I-130? Do I check "other" and specify for "I-130 petition"? Or do I check the box labeled "Status as permanent resident".

Always use the current legal name unless the maiden name is specifically asked for.

"Name" absent any other notation is a present tense term.
