guys please tell me if you agree with abortion or not and why. just needs idea for my class debate.
100% agree. Personally, I think ALL babies should be aborted. That aside, it's certainly no business of the state's what a woman does with the internals of her body, what she puts into her body, or how much she charges a man to put something into that body - or whether she takes payment in cash, dinner and a movie or marriage.

An unborn baby in a woman's body is like any other tumor or unwanted growth and should be cut out upon request by a properly trained medical practitioner.

If you're against abortion - then don't have one. Leave everyone else alone and mind your own business.

Even if you DO want to regulate it, then it should be at the discretion of state governments, not the federal government.

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.

That's a question that'll start a row!..

I don't agree with abortion, not because I'm a catholic but because I believe in the simple right to life. Nobody should have the "right" to kill another person just because they don't want them in their body. Ya know, don't do the crime if ye can't do the time?... To me it's just the same that no one should have the right to kill anyone else either! Plenty of people out there that can't have a baby! Murder is murder.. plan and simple!

I think you have a tumor in your head.. someone should abort that!

Can't you just take a survey in your class?

Anyways, against abortion because it's killing a potential life by expelling from the woman's body. It's pretty gruesome to me, and nothing I'd ever advise any woman do.

Pro-choice because it's not my body to decide whether or not to expel a baby from it, and my views, or anyone else's, of when life begins has no say-so over someone's individual right to decide for their own body. People seem to wrongly think their beliefs do have control over someone else regarding their own body (historically, religious white males in the U.S.), and they need a reality check.

I agree with choice.

I believe a woman should be able to decide what she wants to do with her body. Its not up for me to decide for someone else.

If it were made illegal, you wouldn't be changing a thing. It wouldn't stop it, it would just cause the women to seek help from underground "doctors" who wouldn't all be certified to perform such an operation. Women would die or get sick from infections. Some would probably even try to do it themselves...I am sure the demand for wire coat hangers would go up if it were illegal.

I don't care about the reasoning behind a woman's choice to keep or abort her baby, its about having the choice and choice is very important. One could sit here and say "So is life" well what's good for the goose isn't always good for the gander. I would rather not choose for someone else.

Donne moi une poptart!

I'm pro choice as i believe that an indervidual should have the right to decide, what happens to their body and life, based on their own circumstances. I would not like another to dictate to me what my choice is and i would not do that to another. I also believe that pro choice is important because there are some circumstances where there no other suitable choice, such as medical grounds ect.

The morning after pill is key here.

Abortions should not be used as a contraception but I don't think it should be illegal either. Who am I to judge someone when I don't know their circumstance.

Pro-life / pro-choice are idiotic labels we have stuck on a complex personal situation.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Well, there's a shocker. A school requiring students to say (or think) something DIFFERENT rather than what the school or government tells them to. I'm blown away.

Good lord. What is the difference?? Medical procedure or pill. The result is the same: - end of pregnancy. The only difference is that one is a lot more effective over a longer period of time than the other.

One kills a cell before its implanted in the uterus, the other kills a fetus already implanted in the uterus. Big difference IMO. BUT not getting more into cause its one of those debates that will never resolve.

A fetus is just a collection of cells....
