Best way to mail papers from Philippines to NVC

Waiting on the DS-230 packet to be mailed to my wife in the Philippines so it can be filled out and documents needed put together so it can be mailed to the NVC address that comes with the packet. The question is what is the best way to mail or send the packet from the Philippines to the USA? I will be there with her to complete it and send it. Thanks in advance

09/16/2008- Paid IV Bill online :

09/18/2008- Bill shows paid online :

09/27/2008- Received I-864 Package :

09/29/2008- Mailed I-864 Package to NVC :

10/02/2008- I-864 packet delivered to Portsmouth NH 11AM per USPS tracking

10/03/2008- I-864 package entered into NVC system

10/13/2008- I-864 confirmed approved by phone with NVC

10/20/2008- In Philippines helping assembly DS-230 Documents to send

10/22/2008- Sent DS-230 package by FedEx to NVC :

10/23/2008- DS-230 Package rec'd by R. Pearse 9:27am at NVC

10/24/2008- Now just waiting for NVC to approve DS-230

10/29/2008- NVC approved DS-230, Called today 11/1/2008 from Phils to ask status and was told the good news!!!

11/06/2008- Interview date set 12/12/2008, Received email reply confirming date but still need letter!

11/20/2008- Letter received in Philippines

11/25/2008- Medical at St Lukes everything ok!!!!!!

12/12/2008- Interview complete but need Marriage Index from NSO. Applied for 12/15/2008

01/06/2009- Got Marriage Index at NSO & took it to USEM, was told they will call when Visa can be picked up

01/16/2009- Visa delivered by Delbros....fantastic!!!!

Please help I am sure there are many wifes in the Philippines that must sign the DS-230 form Part 1 and assemble all the needed documents such as copy of the page from the Passport etc. How have others gotten this to either the husband or to NVC in the USA? Thanks again in advance.

so ure coming here to PI just to fill up the ds230? she can download the form and fill it up and send it to u using express mail like fedex and u just have to print the barcoded coversheet and send i to NVC..

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

Thanks for the reply! No actually the packet has not arrived in the Philippines yet and I already have plans to visit my wife Oct 15th. I have filled out the form already but she has the copies of all needed documents and she must sign Part 1. I will make sure everything is in order and send it to NVC from the Philippines as I will be there with her. But using Fed Ex is the type answer I have been waiting on. ur welcome.. but since ur visiting her, she can send the ds230 packet straight to NVC so its already in process or maybe get completed before u get here... just a suggestion.. :D

Your wife can gather all the necessary requirements while you're still in the US so when you get the bar coded cover sheet and you arrive here, you can send the DS-230 via FEDEX asap.

My husband and i are also waiting for the IV invoice and while we're killing time, i have my passport photocopied, got my certified copy of birth and marriage certificate from NSO (National Statistics Office), got my police & NBI clearance & got my 2 passport size photos. I have also downloaded the DS-230 Forms and alrdy answered it & signed it.

March 2008 - Sent I130 to Chicago

March 2008 - RFE due to lack of signature

May 2, 2008 - Sent I130 again to Chicago

May 6, 2008 - Received NOA1

July 26, 2008 - Received RFE, divorce papers

July 29, 2008 - Mailed divorce papers

August 25, 2008 - Received NOA2 - APPROVED!!!

Aug 27 Arrived at NVC

Sept 9 emailed DS3032

Sept 12 received IIN & AOS bill, sent check

Sept 26 received IV bill

Sept 29 received AOS receipt, sent I-864 package and check for IV

Oct. 10 recived receipt, mailed DS-230

Oct. 17 NVC received DS-230, waiting for approval

Oct. 29 approved!!!!

Oct. 30 letter sent to USEM Manila

Nov. 12 received appointment letter

Hi! What my husband did was that he had them email the receipt of the online IV Bill payment to me. From that email, i was able to download the cover sheet with the barcode and I then printed it. I also downloaded the ds 230 parts 1 and 2, one copy for myself and another for my daugter. Am just waiting for my nbi and I will be sending all the paperwork out to my hubby via courier for his review before passing it on to NVC. Apparently, we have no patience for waiting...just like a lot of us here. All bills were paid online as it is faster. October is too far away, methinks. I would suggest she start geting her papers ready and dowloading the forms herself and send them out to you.

12-09-08 - INTERVIEW @ 6:30AM...God be with us! --- APPROVED!!!

12-11-08 - VISAS RECEIVED....YAHOOOOO!!!

04-07-09 - POE: Chicago O'hare

04-28-09 - received SSN's (after having to apply for them personally!!!!)

04-30-09 - Received our 2-year GREEN CARDS

01-07-09 - ROC, here we come!!!

01-18-11 - Mailed out I-751
