Will do.......thank you. I know I am long overdue for a thingymebob test because of family history with bowel cancer...I hope that is not going to be too expensive in the US as I am out of time now to do it here.

Yeah get the doc to look at it, but in the meantime, get some milled flax seed and add it 1 tablespoon to your cereal or yogurt or salad daily. It helps keep any kind of hemorrhoids away and makes you regular and puts less stress on your bum when you go. It is also rich in omegas and good for you as a woman.

When you have a healthy poo and you wipe you should see almost nothing on the tissue. The messier the tissue the worse the diet and the bowel. If you NEED to read when you go, not good. I read about two lines on the back of the mouthwash bottle and I am all done.
