It says there is no USCIS fee but a Department of State Fee of $70. How do you pay this?

If you are submitting the form to the USCIS for adjustment of status application then there is no fee... If you are submitting this form to the DOS in support of an immigrant visa you pay the fee

If your I-130 is at the NVC for processing for a CR1/IR1 visa, then you have to pay the AOS bill which is $70. If you are filing for AOS, then you submit the I-864 and don't pay the $70.

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

You are adjusting status, there is NO fee. Only NVC charges a fee if you were doing an IMMIGRANT visa such as CR-1 or IR-1.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
