The White House announced this afternoon that President Bush will address the nation today about markets at 9:01 p.m. Eastern.

The address will be 12 to 14 minutes and delivered from the State Floor of the White House residence, press secretary Dana Perino said.

Probably that we need to deregulate the entire government so it can do a better job of spreading freedoms and clamping down on economic fraud. These pesky "checks and balances" are preventing Bush from making this country even greater and more successful.
