usem pre-screene i need an advice

hi vj folks,

i need an advice here. for the pre screen for cr1 is that true they will ask for the copy of the affidavit of support even though u already sent it to nvc, my mistake is i didnt make any photocopy of the documents we sent to nvc and i know its sucks.

i cant contract my sister since she is my joint sponsor ... im here in the philipines for almost 1 year now im getting stress and frustrated, =(

any advice thanks.

i dont know if the pre-screener will accept my husbad reason if he tell them that the original form of AOS is alread been sent to nvc

It is advisable that you have copies of all the documents sent to USCIS and NVC. During my interview, they checked on the Affidavit of Support, tax transcripts and other supporting documents and asked my husband about his job (because the Consul saw the business permit with our documents). They will ask any documents they want from the applicant, you have to be prepared with all your documents. Good thing my husband brought his own folder containing a copy of the I-864, his tax transcripts, and other supporting documents of his finances. I think you still have time, ask your sister to make another signed I-864 (as co-sponsor) and ask her copy of her tax transcripts and/or W-2 forms/pay stubs, etc... Good Luck and God Bless.

they should have the documents, but would you really trust them not to misplace something?

its strongly advisable to have back up documents just in case

missing documents for sure will cause delays

That remains me, Lorraine at the USEM informed me that my wife would not need to bring anything when she returns to the USEM to see a CO for her CR visa (having done the k3 interview (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=152925)), but we're not taking any chances!

Yes, you should bring everything. If something is missing, you will be ready. At this point, dont take any chances. My wife brought everything and all they looked at was a few picture asked a couple questions and nothing else. Just be prepared.

If you still can't get your sister's affidavit of support, I think the worst thing that could happen is you get a white paper asking you for additional document, which is this affidavit of support.

hi.. my pre screener didn't ask for my I-864A.. but some of them ask for it.. so be prepared.. u need to bring all the document and picture even they already have a copy of it.. try to call your sister to have you a copy of Affidavit of Support.. Good luck

just pray eather the consul or pre-scaner they well ask you this doc. if you cant provide before the interview date expect you have white slip go to window x and ask what do you do next she give you all the instruction that you need to do wendow x is the incharged for all doc. problem or question that you need to no about your papers god luck and god bless.

good thing i spoke with my sister and she will fill up the i-864 form again with the copy of her recent paystub.

ill ask her to scan the copy of my landline phone bill with my name on it. and which is i believe 3 recent bills.

i been here since jan. and i didnt work since 2005. so i dont know whats going to happen in my husband interview. im so worried.

please guys pray for us. its really hard to be seperated to your love one. even 1 day its really hard =) how about a couple of months makes me sad every single day if that will happend. please guys includes us in your prayer to have a good consular and i hope she or he approved us. thank you so much vj's members.

my husbad filled up the ds230

and i filled up the I-864 its better to be prepared just in case the pre screen ask.
