MY WIFE HAD HER BIOMETRICS TAKEN BACK IN MAY AND YESTERDAY I GOT ANOTHER LETTER STATING THEY NEED HER BIOMETRICS, SAME LETTER AND WORDAGE AS THE FIRST. DO I DISREGARD SECOND LETTER. I ASSUME IT IS A MISTAKE... ANY IDEAS..THANKS

I have read that they don't always do the biometrics for both AOS and EAD on the same date. Are you sure the first one wasn't for one (AOS?) and this one is for the other (EAD?)?

David and Chris had to take their biometrics again....called to see if it was a mistake, was told they had to go.

When they went, at the second bio appointment they said, "you've already had these done".

Well, no sh*t, Sherlock. :bonk:

They explained they received another letter and were told to do them again, so they did. The process was underway again shortly after and didn't have any other glitches.
